City of Parramatta 2026 Community Ward Workshops

The City of Parramatta Council is hosting resident workshops – the “2026 Community Ward Workshops” - to help plan the future vision for your area! Council will be hosting 5 separate sessions – one in each ward within the local government area.  

No prior knowledge is required, just a willingness to listen and share your opinions! All residents aged 18+ are welcome to express their interest.

A complimentary late lunch / early dinner will be provided, and those who attend and participate in the full engagement will receive a $120 GiftPay Voucher as compensation for their time and involvement.

(The incentive will be in the form of an e-gift Voucher via GiftPay. GiftPay vouchers are redeemable at a wide range of retailers/supermarkets of your choice and are very user-friendly to redeem. See GiftPay Stores for a list of participating retailers. Vouchers are delivered within 3 business days after the session.)

The workshop is designed to be interactive, relevant and fun. Plus you’ll have the chance to shape the future of your neighbourhood and the Parramatta CBD!

Taverner Research is being engaged by Council to conduct independent recruitment for the workshops. Taverner Research will handle the outreach, screening, and confirmation of participants for the workshop.
